Teagan's Crown
Transparency

You deserve to know exactly where your gift goes.

Trust is earned with the truth, especially before the receipts exist. Here is precisely where Teagan's Crown stands today - nothing dressed up.

Where we are right now

Legal status
Pennsylvania nonprofit corporation. Teagan's Crown was incorporated in Pennsylvania on August 20, 2026, and has an IRS employer identification number. We filed Form 1023-EZ with the IRS in September 2026 to be recognized as a 501(c)(3) public charity, and that determination is pending. Until it is approved, we do not represent any gift as tax-deductible. We would rather tell you the truth than lose it.
Your gift
Goes toward adaptive equipment, therapy, and direct support for children with special needs and their families. As we grow, we will publish our financials and program outcomes openly.
Founder
Nate Richard (Teagan's uncle) serves as President. Teagan's Crown is governed by a three-member founding board of directors.
Independence
Teagan's Crown operates at arm's length from any founder's business interests. Any related-party relationship will be disclosed and governed by a conflict-of-interest policy.
Verify us
Once the IRS approves our 501(c)(3) status, you will be able to verify us through the IRS Tax Exempt Organization Search, Candid/GuideStar, and Charity Navigator. We're pursuing the Candid Seal of Transparency as an early priority.
Our promise to you

We will never misstate our tax status, inflate our impact, or spend a dollar we can't account for. When you can deduct a gift, we'll say so - clearly. When you can't, we'll say that too. That standard is how a nonprofit earns the kind of donors who change everything.
