A nonprofit born from one tenacious girl

Her name is Teagan.
Her fight became a movement.

Teagan was born with challenges most of us will never face - and has met every one of them with a tenacity that leaves you speechless. Teagan's Crown is a nonprofit that turns that spirit into real help for children with special needs and the families who never stop fighting for them.

Why we exist

The fight is real.
So is the hope.

Families raising children with special needs carry a weight the world rarely sees - medical bills, equipment that costs more than a car, therapy, and the exhausting work of advocating for a child who deserves everything. We show up in the gap.

Equipment & access

Gait trainers, communication devices, adaptive gear, wheelchairs. The tools that turn "can't" into "watch me" are often out of reach. We help fund them.

Therapy & care

Physical, occupational, and speech therapy change lives - and add up fast. We help families keep going when the sessions, and the surgeries, are the difference.

Family & belonging

No family should fight alone. We build community, celebrate every milestone, and remind exhausted parents that their child - and their story - matters immensely.

Meet Queen T
She was never supposed to do most of this. Then she went ahead and did it anyway.
Then

Born fighting, with a trach and a mountain of unknowns. Her family was handed a list of things she might never do.

The work

Graduated from her trach. Learned to eat. Took her first supported steps in a gait trainer - and kept going.

Her voice

She's nonverbal, so she found another way - telling her mom "more" and "want" with an eye-gaze device. Heard, loud and clear.

Now

12 years old, two little sisters, beep baseball, Kennywood days - and a walk across the room that gets stronger every single week.

Next

A very big, very scary spinal surgery ahead. She'll meet it the only way she knows how: tenaciously.

This is who you're helping

Behind every child is a family that never gets a day off.

Your gift doesn't just buy equipment. It buys a mom a moment to breathe, a sister a normal day, and a little girl one more milestone. That is what Teagan's Crown protects.

Why we refuse to quit They handed her a list of things she would never do. She reads it like a to-do list. She was not supposed to walk. She walks. She was given no words. She is heard by thousands. Every child like Teagan deserves someone who refuses to look away. Be that someone.

Where your gift goes

What your gift makes possible

We're a small, new nonprofit — so every dollar is aimed at a real, specific need. Not overhead. Not someday. These are the things families ask us for, and the things your gift helps us fund.

When you give, you're funding one of the things above for a specific child and family. Need help for your own family? Apply here →
